You're probably considering ordering one of our rugs. But first you'd like some more information about the process. We completely understand.
Here's a glimpse into the meticulous process behind every creation, from the skilled hands of our artisans to its journey to your doorstep. This journey takes about 5 weeks, because all our products are made to order to ensure a sustainable process:
- Each rug begins its journey in the skilled hands of our artisans in Morocco. Using traditional techniques passed down through generations, they carefully hand-knot, weave, and embellish every thread.
- Once the rug is complete, it undergoes a thorough washing process to remove any impurities and reveal its vibrant colours and intricate patterns. We inspect each rug, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality before it is carefully packaged for shipping.
- With the utmost care, your handmade rug is securely packaged to protect it during transit. We understand the importance of ensuring that your rug arrives in great condition, so we take extra precautions to safeguard it against any potential damage during shipping.
- Finally, your handmade rug embarks on its journey to your home. Your rug arrives! Allowing you to enjoy its beauty and elegance in your home.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of you receiving your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we're not able to offer you a refund and/or exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nomadsofarabia.com.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
- All rugs are made to order. You will receive your rug within 5 weeks of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
